Mirilio

Terms of service

Last updated: 18 September 2026 · Version française

These terms govern your use of Mirilio. By installing the app or creating an account, you accept them. We have tried to write them to be read.

1. Who publishes Mirilio

Mirilio is published by [OWNER: full legal entity name, legal form, company registration number], [OWNER: registered postal address], referred to below as "we". Contact: [OWNER: contact email address].

2. The service

Mirilio is a shopping-list app. It lets you create lists, organise them by aisle, import recipes, and share a list with the people in your household so you can keep it up to date together.

You can use the app without an account. Your lists then stay on your phone. An account is needed to share a list and to find your lists on more than one device.

The service is provided as is. We keep developing it, and we may change or remove a feature. If a change clearly disadvantages you, we will tell you in the app.

3. Minimum age

You must be 16 or older to create a Mirilio account.

The app has no age verification: we rely on that declaration. If you are under 16, do not open an account. If you hold parental responsibility and an account has been opened by a child under 16, write to us and we will delete it.

The app without an account remains usable at any age: it collects nothing.

4. Your account

You create an account with your Google account. You are responsible for what happens from your account, and for keeping access to your Google account secure.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings › "Delete my account". The consequences are described in our privacy policy.

5. What you agree not to do

If you break these rules, we may suspend or delete your account. Where we can, we will warn you first.

6. Shared lists

When you share a list, the other members see your first name and know which items you added and ticked off. This is set out in the privacy policy, and you should be aware of it before you share.

An invitation link is a key: anyone who obtains it can join the list. Do not publish it, and revoke it from the app if you have any doubt. You are responsible for the people you invite.

The first names shown are not verified by us. Do not treat them as proof of identity.

7. Mirilio Premium

What is free

Most of the app is free, with two caps: you can create up to 2 lists, and a shared list can have up to 2 members.

What Premium adds

Premium costs EUR 9.99 per year, as an auto-renewing subscription. It lifts those caps: unlimited lists, up to 20 members per list, and full retention of your list history.

The price shown in the app by your store is the one that applies, inclusive of tax. It may vary by country.

Payment, renewal and cancellation

The subscription is purchased, billed and managed by your app store — Apple's App Store or Google Play. We do not hold your payment details.

It renews automatically each year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Cancellation is done in your store's settings:

Cancelling stops the renewal: you keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, your existing lists remain readable, but the free-tier caps apply again when you create new ones.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on the purchase of digital content (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU).

Its limit needs stating: that right is lost once performance begins with your express consent and you acknowledge losing it. By buying Premium you are asking for it to be activated immediately — the features unlock at once — and so you consent to that loss.

How this works in practice, honestly: we are not the seller, so we can neither charge nor refund your purchase. Any refund request goes through your store:

These stores apply their own policies, which are often more generous than the legal minimum. If one of them refuses you while you believe your right of withdrawal applies, write to us and we will take it up with them on your behalf.

Restoring a purchase

If you change phone or reinstall the app, your subscription is restored from your store using the same account. You do not have to buy it again.

8. Your content

Your lists are yours. We claim no ownership of them.

You grant us only the technical permission strictly needed to run the service: to store them, display them, sync them across your devices, and make them visible to the members you invite. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

9. Our content

The app, its name, its logo, its design and its aisle dictionary are protected and belong to us. These terms transfer no rights in them to you beyond the right to use the app.

The app includes open-source components, among them the Poppins typeface (SIL Open Font License 1.1).

10. Third-party services

Recipe import queries lesfoodies.com. We do not publish that site and are not responsible for its content or availability.

11. Warranties and liability

We run Mirilio with care, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. A sync can fail; a notification can fail to arrive.

Do not rely on Mirilio as the only backup of important data. You can export your data at any time from Settings › "Download my data (portability)".

We are not responsible for the content you or other members of your household put into a shared list, nor for the consequences of an invitation link you have circulated.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability under these terms is capped at the amount you have paid us in the preceding twelve months. Nothing here limits the statutory rights you have as a consumer — notably the legal guarantee of conformity — or our liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury.

12. Ending the agreement

You may stop using Mirilio whenever you like and delete your account from the app.

We may suspend or close your account for a serious breach of section 5, or if we discontinue the service. In the latter case we will give you reasonable notice so you can export your data, and we will refund the unused part of any subscription.

13. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. For a substantial change we will tell you in the app before it takes effect; continuing to use the service after that date means you accept it.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by [OWNER: governing law — e.g. "French law"]. The competent courts are those of [OWNER: jurisdiction].

As a consumer, these clauses take nothing away from you: you keep the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence and to rely on its mandatory consumer-protection rules.

Before any legal action, write to us — most disagreements are settled that way. You may also use a consumer mediation scheme free of charge [OWNER: name and address of the consumer mediator — membership of a mediation scheme is mandatory for a French business selling to consumers], or the European online dispute resolution platform.
